Even so, I always like to reflect back at this time of year, on what I learnt.. and what I didn't. It's a great way to come up with some really meaningful, tailored resolutions, as despite my best efforts, Dry January always seems to stay just a little on the soggy side.
This year at Aurina HQ we've been thinking all about broadening horizons, and learning new skills! The Kiddies love to cook and craft and my girlie has been taking some great online art classes, whilst the little one took part in a fab technology and coding course just before Christmas! It really shows that even from the comfort of your own home, there's always something to be learnt!
With this in mind, together with our gorgeous Cecily, whom you might recognise from our Holt shop, we'll be running a Chalk Painting class via zoom for small groups!
We’ve divided the course into three useful modules that will help you to develop and hone the various techniques of painting and decorating furniture with paints, glazes and decoupage. Once you have taken part in three or more modules, we’re offering an exclusive 10% discount on our fabrics and raw furniture, for you to create something bespoke with your new skills. We can help you colour match your fabric and paint as a complimentary service too! We also supply all the materials you need to get started for each module!
